Get Back Up

While enjoying family time at Virginia Beach, last week, I stepped into the ocean to clean my legs off after sitting in the sand.

I happen to look back prior to walking back to where my family was standing to find a wave just below my knees approaching. Instead of standing still (which I later realized) I decided to walk away. Which was a bad idea, my feet where no longer secure in the sand and in a split second the wave knocked me down. After, the water passed I was able to stand and walk to my family. Who by the way missed the entire thing.

The wave like life will attempt to knock you down and force you to give up. If or when you feel you have been knocked down remember, you have the power to stand back up.
